We had a golden retriever named Buddy that started dealing with some mobility issues as he had gotten into his older years. I started using new image pet grooming to help lessen the stress for my fur baby and keep him at our driveway where he knows we are just outside the van for him. The groomers were absolutely wonderful and amazing in making buddy comfortable and I knew he was in good hands. It was on the pricier side but it was 1000x worth it knowing that my buddy was comfortable and got to be groomed by good people he was comfortable and familiar with. I would 100% recommend to friends and family with elder or senior dogs looking to lessen the stress of grooming for their fur balls. Thank you so much for taking care of him during his last few years with us💜

Theo has high anxiety, and I had to stop taking him to the typical groomers, because they would put him in a crate, for sometimes hours, before they tended to him. This would leave him in worse condition than when I dropped him off. Cat listened to what I was looking for in a cut. I have taken Theo to other groomers who shaved him when I specifically said not to shave him. This is the first time I have ever had Theo come back from a groomer and was happy. I realize that this type of service, where they come to your door, is a bit more costly, but for anybody that has an animal with anxiety, this is the way to go. Also, the van where they do the bath and cut is extremely clean and air conditioned. It was very comfortable inside. I will continue to use cat as my new groomer.
