Needed work done on my ds3 which had a lot wrong with it,The lads have been absolutely brilliant, they explained to me what the actual issue was and gave me options for fixing which was a saver !!! Even went out of their way working abit later to finish up my car. I absolutely recommend them best garage in Banbury !!!!!!!

6/5 stars! Amazing service. Open upfront about expectations, quick turn around and transparent on issues and costs. Highly recommend. I got stuck on the side of the road and AA where just helpful enough to get me back on the road, but needed a new start motor. Called Deano’s letting them know that once the car is turned off I won’t be able to get it started again. They said they’d be able to not only take my car in within the hour and that I would have it at the end of the day. They carried out some due diligence checks and found that there was something wrong with my suspension. Called me let me know they would also be able to get that sorted by the end of the day should I want it done. Had a quote for me on the spot. They called me when my car was ready (less than 4 hours later!). Paid exactly what was communicated to me.

I tried these guys after receiving lots of recommendations from friends & family when I needed my brake pads/discs doing, I also had an issue with condensation in the front passenger’s headlight which I was given a helpful diagnostic about. Deanos fitted me in super quick for brake repairs & communicated throughout the process. Once I picked up my vehicle, I was given the diagnostic for the headlight repair & a detailed explanation on costs involved. I took a few weeks to decide & then re contacted the garage to give them the go ahead for the part to be ordered. Booked in & picked up the vehicle a couple of hours later, everything in perfect working order & a very happy customer. Will be using Deanos for future repairs as a great, honest & reliable garage is extremely hard to find! The courtesy car air freshener is appreciated too, it’s the little things plus the smell is amazing! Would definitely recommend this garage & the guys working there for all of your vehicle servicing requirements!
