Warning: Avoid this dealership at all costs I spent over $700 getting my vehicle re-safetied and re-evaluated for certification, and it should never have passed in the first place. The car completely died the day after purchase. The dealership refused to communicate with us, denied any compensation, and ignored all of our messages. Their only excuse was that they “spent a lot of money at the auction.” We later discovered: • The vehicle came from Quebec, so the Carfax history was cleared. • The company that supposedly did the safety inspection in Toronto does not actually exist. • Certified mechanics who re-inspected it were shocked and confirmed there was no way this vehicle should have passed safety. After reporting the fraud to our bank, the dealership had the audacity to threaten to “come pick up the car,” yet they refused to reimburse us for towing costs. Repairs were quoted at $8,000, making the vehicle completely unusable. We had no choice but to purchase another car, costing us an additional $8,000. Even worse, the car they sold us had serious safety issues, including a non-functioning front seatbelt and cracked components. Clearly, they do nothing to properly repair or inspect their vehicles. I have been in contact with OMVIC, but unfortunately, they have been equally useless and provided no real help. At this point, legal action may be the only way to recover losses. Bottom line: They clear codes to make cars seem fine for the first week or two, then the problems surface. This company is dishonest, unsafe, and predatory. Save yourself the stress, money, and danger—do not buy from them.

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY HERE!! This dealership clears codes to appear fixed and don’t actually fix the problems. They don’t do safeties until you buy the car and then they make it a hassle to make it road ready. Had 2 warning lights on less than two weeks after buying and when my shop contacted them, they denied ever selling me the car. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I not only have all the evidence I need to back up my claim but I also was recording the day I walked past your business. I never stepped foot on your property and already consulted with a representative to stay within my legal confines. I literally have Ali on video asking if I wana fight him and screen shots of your last response claiming I was the one who threatened you. You are liars and run a terrible business that puts people's lives in danger to make a quick buck. You should talk to your lawyer, claims are hard to prove on a case by case basis, all I needed was more victims names to reach out to so that we had multiple victims claims together. See you in court......
