Paul was brilliant, kept us up to date, informative and extremely helpful. Our Astra had numerous issues and he wouldn't rest until he got to the bottom of them. Really took great care of us and the car. Couldn't recommend M&B enough. This was our first visit and the car will now forever be looked after by them.

Paul has been incredibly helpful every time we visit. Our whole family books MOTs and servicing with M&B, and Paul is always fantastic. He consistently goes above and beyond to support his customers, and we truly appreciate his dedication. Recently, I booked MOT and servicing appointments for both my dad and my wife, and once again Paul delivered exceptional service. He managed to arrange an MOT at very short notice even though it had already expired , and still ensured everything was completed on time. M&B has become our family’s trusted MOT and servicing centre, and we are extremely happy with the quality of service we receive. Very professional, offering technical advise for clients to reach out to their best suited option in terms of pricing without affecting quality. Communication is excellent. I feel very valued and have all my concerns addressed. My car looks better than before. I had a broken side mirror. I presented my case and the director took his time to explain lots of options to my best interest. After fitting,I was given free advise to other functionalities of my car that I would under normal circumstance not know. This garage is the best I have witnessed with almost 3 years of my driving experience in the UK. I highly recommend it.
