We can’t thank Eric enough for his incredible support in preparing our American Akita, Hutch, for his flight to London, UK! Moving an anxious 110-pound dog internationally was a huge concern for us, especially since it was Hutch’s first time flying. Although we were provided a pet travel company to work through, it was Eric’s clear explanations, timely guidance, and comforting presence that truly made all the difference. He made a complex process feel manageable and gave us so much peace of mind. Hutch arrived safely and is now happily exploring London. We are so grateful for Eric’s exceptional care and highly recommend him and The Animal Clinic team!

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but felt this was the best way to express my profound gratitude for the exemplary care my pup (Zoelle) has received from The Animal Clinic team over the past few weeks. From their quick and accurate assessment of my pup's symptoms, to ensuring that any referral paperwork was completed as soon as possible and taking the time to offer their expert advice, the Animal Clinic gave my pup the best chance of success in light of a rather serious diagnosis. A special shout out to Dr. Emma Lawrence and vet tech Mia for their kind and compassionate care; they truly made a difficult situation a little more manageable and for that both Zoelle and I are incredibly grateful. All in all, a 10/10 clinic filled with people who clearly love what they do and care deeply about their patients. Thank you for everything and look forward to being a client for hopefully many more years to come.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Animal Clinic. They have cared for all three of my pets, and every experience has been outstanding. My pets are always excited to go, whether it’s for daycare or a check-up, and that says a lot about the environment they’ve created. I’ve even driven over an hour just to bring them here, because I know they’re in the best hands. The clinic truly feels like my pets’ home away from home. The staff have built genuine relationships with my pets, and that bond is so special, not just to me, but clearly to them as well. A special thank you to Dr. Richardson for his expertise, care, and compassion, as well as all the staff who have shown love and affection to my pets. I would highly recommend him and the entire team to anyone looking for a clinic that treats your pets like family.

Dr. Emma Lawrence has shown my senior cat a great deal of care and compassion over the last couple of years. I will always receive detailed emails from Dr.Emma, laying out all my options and her professional opinion without any pressure. Yes they are expensive like any business running in downtown Toronto but I trust my cat is in very good care. My family has been taking our pets here for over 10 years.
