Yesterday, Dec.10 I went to store #122 and bought some xmas gifts. I went to the cash reg.#:5 trans #180 operator 113 to pay. I had some Cdn Tire money to partly pay for my items. If looks could kill that's what I received from the cashier because the person had to count out the "money." This person was quite sullen and didn't say anything after handing out the receipt. I'm a senior and deserve better respect.

This has been my go to gas station for years & I will not be returning after my last experience. Employee “sam” who was working at the time proceed to drop the change roughly a foot above my hand carelessly spilling it onto the counter. after I picked it up I asked what his problem was & he proceeded to laugh in my face.

When the regular gas price was $1.48 the Premium gas was $1.74 I went inside and asked the guy why it is $0.26 more, it is only $0.20 to $0.22 more for premium. Guy did not want to fix the price. He just lied to me and said the corporate is doing this. Please let the attendant know it is ok to make a mistake, but when a customer let them know their mistake to fix it. Very disappointed.

Really great customer service! We popped in to grab a few items, and we had a great experience in the store. As we walked through, we were approached on several occasions by customer service reps, asking if we needed any help. Staff were friendly and quite knowledgeable. In fact we overheard one customer service rep insist that he help an older gentlemen with loading his car as he bought a few heavier items. Super impressed. Keep up the great work!
