I want to sincerely thank Dr. Ibrahim (Pets & Avian Healthy Clinic) for his immense dedication and compassion in treating my senior cat during her toughest days. She was suffering from chronic kidney disease (CKD stage 2), hepatic lipidosis, and severe digestive and urinary issues. It was a deeply stressful time for me, but Dr. Ibrahim’s calm approach, expertise, and genuine care gave me the support I needed. Dr. Ibrahim listened to every concern with patience, responded to my questions with clarity, and ensured my cat received well-balanced, appropriate care. His suggestions regarding medication, nutrition, and symptom tracking helped me manage her condition effectively at home. He understood the delicate balance of treatment needed for a weak and aging cat and never overmedicated — only what was needed and safe. What stood out the most was how he treated my cat not just as a patient, but with emotional understanding. His support helped my cat become more stable, begin eating again, and return to a more active and peaceful state. Dr. Ibrahim is truly a caring professional with a big heart. My baby alexandrine got ill, i took him to different doctors but no one was able to cure him. Then i came across Ibrahim, he was very gentle with my parrot he treated him with kindness and prescribed best medicine for him. Alhumdulliah my parrot got well. I must say that Vet Ibrahim is excellent and perfect in terms of his profession and the best thing is that he is so caring and humble to the animal. Also, I got spayed and neutered my cats from Vet Ibrahim and Alhamdulillah my babies recovered very fast and they all are very healthy now. Well his consultation and surgery's fee is reasonable. Terrible work ethics to give time of 2 days to someone and become unavailable for both the days and very rude behaviour. The thing about saying "I'm not available" and not giving another time or reschudling another time and giving the same response next day! Not very helpful or professional " Went to the previous vet, very helpful and very polite and doesn't just ghost clients on appointments without reschudling etc. ( koi Vet itna rude aur unprofessional nai hota, Ye khasiyat BHI Allah nay sirf Dr. Ibrahim ko di hay) Simply responding with "Sorry, I'm not available" on agreed upon time is the same as ghosting clients. I can't keep messaging you daily to ask for your availability. Please, be more professional! You might have an emergency but why didn't you give another time or any other explanations! Everyone has emergencies you don't simply ghost clients
