PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER!!!! People were nice to us but unfortunately hurt my dog and hurt me as they didn't listen, didn't explain, didn't ask...... my dog is king Charles cavalier. it's whole look as all spaniels are ears. They cut it all of and she looks like breedless Dog. I am devastated, even my dog is depressed. she doesn't wanna eat and go out. it is absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional to know how king Charles cavalier looks like and do that to her!!! I demand those people working there and management to go for some extra training (if they had any) and never hurt any dogs and owners as they hurt us!!!!
Poor service, been bringing my dog to be groomed since I first had him. Taken me over 20 phone calls over the space of 5 days that they were open to even get a reply, to then be told I’ll have to wait several months. Grooms are over priced for results same as everything they sell in store, please avoid.
Called in today near to closing time, the staff couldn't be more helpful, she stopped vacuuming the floor and came over to ask if we needed assistance, she was very helpful and certainly knew what she was talking about when we asked for advice for our dog who has a skin allergy especially at this time of year, she gave us professional advice as to what we can use, and the store has a big variety of pills, potions etc thank you we will be calling again soon
