Fiona GouldIf I could give more stars I would. Bought a coat for my dog last week but unfortunately it didn’t fit him right. I went into store today and explained the situation. The staff were absolutely fabulous and one lady spent over an hour with us fitting coats, checking for other stock and letting us walk the dog up and down the back alley to ensure the same issues would not occur. We have left today feeling listened to, happy and with a gorgeous coat that our dog looks fabulous in. Thank you to the team for their patience and fabulous service.
