Very happy with my rental. I requested the car to be delivered to the airport and the exact car requested was delivered on time. Communication was clear and all went well. No surprises. Car return was also quick. Will come back when needed !

Really disappointing experience. We had requested an Automatic van for a new joiner who was joining our company and we set the drivers license also who is only licensed to drive automatics. Meem then reached out to say that as her EID was expiring we could only after she got her new EID from our company and asked that I provided my Drivers License. They stipulated that we could add her as the main driver after her EID arrived. So we decided to proceed. The Van was dropped off and it was not the Automatic we had requested and required for our driver but a manual. We returned the car only a few days into the 1 month rental period. We decided to reach out to Meem and request a refund due to the obvious error made, but this request was refused. We informed them we will then take a legal case which we intend to do, and we will also leave this google review to which they told us and I quote "Kindly note that the company will not hesitate to explore legal options for any false accusations and/or Defamation."

Hello, I got into a situation where I was not prepared for a business trip and really needed a rental car. I had difficulties with the certification of my international rights in the UAE. Call center girl, God bless you. She listened very patiently herself, and did everything and even more to help me with the documents. And most importantly, I did not take extra payment for it. That's what I call good service. For the conclusion of the transaction, and the act of handing over the car, we were met by two decent men. Who gave good advice and were very patient and polite. They explained how to use toll roads. About the car, the car is clean and well-groomed, and I think it's a very good deal for that kind of money. About the deposit, the money was returned on time, there was a slight delay. But the girl from the call center was polite and always answered. Always kept up to date. The money eventually returned.
