These guys were great. Their prices are very fair in comparison to other places. I’ve tried at least 20 different car hire places in the past year and these guys definitely stood out. I hired the Urus, dropped off the car with perfect timing, everything was seamless and great. Car was extremely clean and drove amazing. A lot of other hire places will give you run down cars, not these guys. Pick up and drop off was very professional and quick. Communication on WhatsApp was very easy - matter of minutes from first point of contact to confirmation. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Rented 2 cars in one week with them. Service with terrific. They delivered and picked up the cars directly to my hotel. Handover process very quick and easy. Rented the Dodge Charger for 4 days but on the third day it was having problems with the battery. Unfortunate but could happen to anyone. They ended up giving me the R8 for an extra day (with no additional cost) and even covered my Uber charges when the car broke down. Their customer service is terrific. They answer very quickly whenever you contact them. In terms of the cars, they are well maintained for rental cars, a few minor things to note (normal wear and tear for cars that are constantly getting used) but in overall good condition. After the rental period, they told me it could take up to 28 days for them to refund me the deposit, because they have to wait to see if there are any speed fines and toll charges. Completely acceptable. About 30 days later they refunded the money. Overall, even with one the cars having a problem, I had a very pleasant experience with House of Luxury. Very affordable prices and very good customer service. Will definitely call them back whenever I'm in Dubai again.

From the start till the end handover, the team has been brilliant, Luke was very responsive in the communication to ease my mind with any questions i had regarding the hire. The G63 i hired was absolutely brilliant, me and my family had a lovely time and the kids constantly had a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend if you are in dubai looking to hire a vehicle, choose house of luxury car rental. The vehicle was on time with no issues at all. I will be visiting dubai again later in the year and will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks Luke and the delivery team for making this an enjoyable and seamless experience!.
