This pharmacy is the best! I’m always impressed by the helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I hadn’t realized my insurance wasn’t properly covering my medications due to a technological error, but the pharmacist was able to refund me for previous overcharges. Night and day experience. I have been having major issues with Shoppers Drug Mart with their grumpy, unhelpful unorganized pharmacies. When I walked in to Sunrise, I heard one Pharmacist with a customer and laughing and being very pleasant, and the gentleman pharmacist that helped me was very pleasant and obviously focused on customer service. I felt like they would actually care about me as a customer, unlike Loblows. It makes such a big difference to support a small locally run pharmacy like this. This will be my go to place for sure. Thank you for being so kind!
