The attitude of the workers is completely rude! The store today was experiencing a system glitch apparently with their machines especially for customers who paid with debit/credit card. I came in, grabbed $81.34 worth of items and went to the self check out. Both me and the lady beside me tap the machine with our debit cards. The screen froze and then gave us a receipt that stated “Transaction Not Completed”. HOWEVER! My online banking states that the money ($81.34), was taken out of my account. The rude manager waltz right in after I pressed the help button, and states “Do you wanna try tapping again?”. I told her “No” as I was already upset as my phone and watch told me that the transaction went through. This rude manager, she snatches the receipt and says in the most rudest tone “As you can see by our receipt, we did not take your money so you can either scan again or take it up with your bank”. I tell her “I’m gonna go”. I was not the only one affected by this. If you as a store is exhibiting a system glitch, please have signs. Have your workers give the customers a warning. I now had to go to my bank to try and fight for my money back as shoppers gave me a good “see ya”. I never go to Beamsville Shoppers and after my experience today, I never will. Even my bank was surprised about shoppers sending me their way. Absolutely ridiculous! No apologies from the staff either! If I could give this store and especially the rude staff zero stars, trust me when I say I would. I now have to try and fight for this money back, thank you BEAMSVILLE SHOPPERS TRULY🙄🙄

Always a bit pricey but look for the specials. Always clean and well stocked. Sometimes hard to find someone to cash you out as they seem to want people to use the self checkout.

Shame on you treating seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery like drug addicts. Pharmacist could not follow surgeons instructions for repeat Rx, insisted on faxing my "dentist" Last time I checked Dentists don't perform total hip replacements. It is an extremely painful procedure, I didn't appreciate the lack of empathy

This would have to be the worst place to buy milk!! Rarely can you buy bag skim milk at this location with a expiration code longer than 4-5 days. The dairies produce the product with an expiration date of 21 days. If Nielson's is taking 2 weeks to get the product to the store, I would be 'in shock'. Franchise Owner: Please fix your dairy dept. ordering system. Use all the tools available. This is not rocket science, even if you do only get one delivery a week due to your small volume.
