Went to check blood pressure, and the lady (pharmacist) asked me to wait. After 5 min she said I still need to finish the paperwork first. Seriously for 1 min bp check u beed to wait for 10 min?

Parvinder is a knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist. He took the time to assist me thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience. His clear and detailed explanations made the process much easier to understand. I truly appreciate and thank him for the outstanding service.

Unacceptable service and hurtful behaviour. My wife was in pain, they acted kind to make me transfer a prescription from shoppers *to make my life easy* because shoppers cannot do compounds and they can. After a 45 min wait, I am told with a firm voice, I have to return the next day because *we are busy*. (???) While I understand compounds take time and I would gladly have returned the next day, it is unacceptable that the 2nd medication antibiotic was not released to me when it could well have been - especially when I mentionned my wife was in pain and this was at 7:30pm, 1.5 hours before your closing time. The experience was extremely negative while I had patiently and kindly waited. I will not return to your location. I went back to shoppers across the street for the antibiotic which was given to me right away and I will happily go elsewhere for the compound medicine. Treat your clients kindly please and have a heart when they need it most. I never post a review but you really have to hurt someone to the core with your behaviour for them to write such a post.
