The owner and pharmacist (sorry, I forgot the name) he is so nice and friendly. Last week, I brought my son to buy an ankle brace, and he was very patient, helping him try different options until we found the best fit. Today, I returned for a prescription, and since I don’t have insurance, he patiently explained and provided an OHIP-covered option. I really appreciated the care and attention. I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you, team!

Physio Pros

Today was my first visit at this walk in clinic and adjacent pharmacy. The visit was exceptional, staff greeted us with a smile, the doctor (Didnt catch his name) was thorough, took his time, pleasant, and personable. We went to the pharmacy and Ziad the Pharmacist was kind, professional and very helpful. Such a positive experience, if I could leave 6-stars I would!

We recently transferred our prescriptions to this pharmacy. The pharmacist seems to go the extra mile and does a good job keeping us informed with the status of prescriptions. One key reason for switching is the ability to obtain a compound drug. Prior to the switch we had to deal with two different pharmacies to get access to what is needed. We are also patients of the walk in clinic at this location so the arrangement is very convenient.

Ziad is such a great guy with work ethics that everyone can learn from. He is a very respectful professional with a personal touch. He gives a patient hearing to all his customers and his advice is always spot on!
