I do not understand how this pharmacy carries out business. The medications are not filled out as per arranged and the patient has to be on top of it. In my experience, what was promised was not delivered. A word given is a word kept but not here. When I questioned Katerina about the inflated charges and wanted a breakdown, she was not prepared to give it to me and after charging me, she cancelled my credit card on her system. She talks a lot of mumble jumble and twists and turns her word. She cannot deny the fact of charging me. I will be reporting this to the credit card company.
