I always feel so thankful for the kindness and great customer service I get there. Bridle Path is by far my favourite pharmacy in Ottawa. The folks here provide the fastest and friendliest service I've ever seen. The whole team is always so welcoming, kind, informative and knowledgeable. They communicate prescription fill wait times in advance, and they answer questions clearly and without judgment. Every single staff member has surpassed my expectations time and time again. Big thanks to all of you on the team! The neighbourhood is lucky to have you all taking care of us.
