These guys have no compassion, so dismissive. I needed 3 medicines. They told me 30 minutes. I had to wait almost over an hour to get it. Anytime I’d ask they just rudely say “did you get a text?”. I’m almost throwing up here and they only care about a text. Their only saving grace is that they still provide the Medicine.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your pharmacy on 24/May/2025. Unfortunately, the pharmacist on duty was unprofessional and treated me with disrespect. Their behavior was rude and dismissive, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially in a healthcare environment. I hope you take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior does not happen again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate a response regarding any steps taken.

They matched Costco dispensing fee which is four dollars. You do have to ask for the price match at the time you are dropping off your prescription.
