I am very disappointed with the billing process here. I provided my insurance information, but a few days later, they called to say it didn't go through.. She said she spoke with my insurance, which informed her that I should pay out of pocket and submit the claim online myself. However, my insurance doesn't allow for that with prescriptions. Now I'm stuck mailing receipts if they accepted. Frustrating and unprofessional.

I have switched to this pharmacy because of the staff and Raman! Great friendly service! They go above and beyond and even offer delivery of the medication/refills on the same day!

What can I say about Ray? 5 star service everyday … a Ray of sunshine. Great memory and great service, I moved 800km away and I’m still a valued customer. Within my lifetime, I’ve never found a better person or pharmacy to care for my families meds.
