During my son’s eczema treatment, Pharmasave SanoMed Pharmacy & Compounding Centre provided truly outstanding service. The medications, including creams and lotions that are often very expensive, were delivered promptly with the highest quality. What gave us peace of mind was how the pharmacy team always tried to source the best options at the most affordable prices, especially for those not covered by insurance. Their fairness and effort meant that even costly prescriptions became accessible. I was most impressed by the dedication of the team, who explained every detail with care, ensured we fully understood the instructions, and followed up consistently. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made a challenging time much easier for our family.

This pharmacy engages in misleading advertising and a classic bait-and-switch tactic. I came from another part of the city because I saw an item in Pharmasave’s official flyer at a great price. When I arrived, I found the product—but the price was much higher than advertised. When I asked about it, the first staff member told me that if I wanted to be served, I had to come to the cash register—even though I was standing just a meter away from him. Once I did, he simply told me I had to wait for his assistant to answer my question. The assistant, to his credit, was polite, but he then showed me another “flyer” that looked like it was printed in their office, with completely different promotions. I was told the official flyer is “not valid in this store,” only in a limited number of “participating” locations. What makes this even worse is that the list of participating stores included 45 small towns and places around Ontario—many I’ve never even heard of—and only one location in Toronto. Unsurprisingly, it wasn’t this store. And here’s the real kicker: this place is advertised as a Pharmasave, but in reality operates under a different name—Sanomed Pharmacy & Compounding Centre. That only adds to the confusion and makes the whole experience feel even more misleading. If the flyer isn’t valid here, it should be made crystal clear. Wasting customers’ time with false advertising, hiding behind another name, and treating customers rudely on top of it is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Excellent customer service, employees are personable but still professional. Would definitely bring my whole family’s prescriptions to be filled here. Support local
