I was using them for around a year for the delivery of dust and grass allergy tablets. Due to an ongoing reaction I was having, I called them to put a hold on any more deliveries, which they said they would do. Instead they sent me another batch and charged me for them. When I contacted them for a refund, I was told this was not possible. A further request for a refund was ignored. If you choose to use this company, my advice would be not to set up automatic billing. At least that way you will have control over deliveries. *Update: following this review customer service refunded the the amount in question*
