We are delighted with our new boiler installation by Neil (PHE Services). He offered great advice on the design and placement of the boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard, on time, and within the agreed budget. We were kept informed of the progress every step of the way. His attention to detail was exceptional. The whole experience was stress-free, and we are so pleased with the final result. We would definitely use Neil again and will be recommending him to my friends.

Comment from the tenants where Neil installed a new boiler for me: "what a nice man. A very clean and efficient job was done on the boiler replacement". A excellent job on budget and done well within the agreed time. Sage advice on replacing the hot water tank, Neil said it wasn't really necessary so we didn't do it and saved a shed load of money.

Neil of PHE Plumbing/Heating/Electrical has recently performed some work for me in installing a power shower pump. I have used Neil also on previous occasions. He arrived as promised. His work was all done cleanly, he cleaned up after he had finished and the work he performed was excellent and everything worked again. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his work and explained everything he was going to do. Neil is an excellent plumber and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
