The sale of our house brought up many surprise issues including inspections, permits and necessary repairs. Dara Ellis and Andrew Konefel helped guide us all the way through with as much ease as possible. Their professionalism and guidance are unmatched. We plan on using them again when we purchase another home and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to buy or sell their home.

I asked if they would be able to show me one of their listings. They demanded I sign a buyer agent agreement which stated that I'd have to pay them 3% of the purchase price! These people are crazy to demand 3% fee for showing a condo once. The buyer agent agreement was only for one day and applicable to only the property I was interested. Of course, I did not sign it.
