From start to finish, the experience was fantastic, and that's largely thanks to Erin, who is hands-down the best teacher I could have hoped for. Erin's teaching style is engaging, clear, and incredibly supportive. She has a knack for breaking down complex information into easy-to-understand concepts, which was especially helpful for someone like me I highly recommend this phlebotomy course, especially if Erin is the instructor. She's a fantastic teacher who is genuinely invested in her students' success. If you're looking to start a career in phlebotomy, this is the course to take! So many positive things to say, but I'll keep it short and sweet as possible. First off, Kyly is an AMAZING instructor. She believes in doing things the right way and instilling that into her students. The SUCCESS of her students inside and outside of the classroom is at the forefront of her teaching methods. I believe she used creative and fun teaching exercises for us to really grasp what we were learning. She respected the the fact that we paid for this class and wanted give us the best learning experience possible. Phlebotomy Training Specialists really have a gem of an instructor. Kyly, I really appreciate the knowledge you shared with us!

I’m logged into my boyfriends account but my name is Toialynn Harris .. I took the AM / Day class! My instructor’s was Kyly N and she was amazing ! I highly recommend if you sign up to take her class , she’s very informative , supportive and motivational. She doesn’t make it boring , and definitely kept my wanting to come back everyday. If it wasn’t for her being such a great instructor I would have quit due to lack of motivation and confidence I had in myself. First few days was discouraging but just know you have good and bad days drawing blood. Just happens that way… she really gets you prepared and shows a lot of love to her students . Very adaptable to all personalities !!! Take this it’s well worth the investment <3

I loved this class and our instructor Kyly!! She was so nice and made sure you truly understood material before moving on. She was super patient with everyone and took all lengths to make us comfortable with sticking. Even though our class was small it was super fun everyday and i would totally take it again.
