Just the facts. $6900 for a locked 6 month contract. -Only 8 new patients gained from their Facebook ads and lead generator. The rest of the phone numbers gathered either didn't answer or answered and said they weren't interested. -Advertising text/wording created by the marketing team appeared to be outsourced to other countries as it often sounded like incorrect English. Here is an example of very odd wording they put on our ad: " Our practice is welcome to take on new clients". I think they were trying to say "Our practice welcomes new patients" but had foreign contractors. -My concerns about lack of results were expressed but was always told it may take 6 months for algorithm to start generating consistent leads. Too expensive to wait for and hope algorithm will start working correctly.
