I’m an elite distance runner that puts my body through a lot of mileage on tough terrains as a trail ultramarathoner. Naturally I get tight and sore shoulders, back, hips and legs due to this high demand on my body. For my visit with Adrian, he was easy to talk to about how I’m feeling and the work I wanted to get done. Familiar with my issues being a runner himself made me confident in his knowledge of sports focused massage. The treatment I received was able to relieve some of my issues on the first visit with him focusing on the key areas I discussed with him. I will be going back in the future.

As a dancer, I find it so valuable to work with someone who understands that my body needs to be supported in movement beyond that of the average person. At GRSM, I was met with knowledge, education, and experience that left me feeling confident that my body was getting the support it needed for all aspects of my life.

Jayson was a great resource for my climbing related issues and addressed them in such a way that aligned well with my training goals and motivations. Glad I was able to find someone with such expertise so close to home!
