AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Bought Phoenix Citadel SS1191 electronic keypad safe 2 years ago. Had it for 1 year and 11 months before it got broken. We where moving home and was very busy to call manufacturer . By the time i contacted manufacturer for repairs it was just past few weeks after 2 years from purchase date. They told me that it's out of 2 year warranty and thats the end of it! Recommended me some local repair guy that can open and repair it. The cost of new lock and repair was almost same as new safe and no warranty after. I didn't want to spend more money on something which just got broken not even 2 years in!!! Decided to cut it open and throw it out. Took me probably good 15 minutes. The battery was not flat. Electronic lock failed! My advice would be to everyone if you need a good safe better do your research and look somewhere else!!!

I have an older model safe made by this company and recently misplaced one of the two keys. I contacted them to see if a replacement barrel and keys were available. I talked to a lovely lady called Alison who sent me the specs of there older safes for me to cross reference mine to. I did that and ordered a replacement barrel and key at a very reasonable cost. Payed for it and it arrived the next day. Very easy and professional company to deal with. Thank you for your help. Regards Kevin.

Really pleased with our Phoenix key safe, so much that we have just bought another one for new premises. We got the KS0033 large key safe with a double bitted key, it's super quality, we had it installed by a local tradesman, it's extremely solid and unbelievably heavy. We had extra keys cut - Phoenix advised that it is better to order these at the same time as the safe, the additional keys were expensive but overall I feel it is a really good quality product and it's definitely value for money.

I used the top key in the bottom lock of the 3 gun safe I'd bought and it got stuck. Peter at Customer Services was very helpful and promptly sent me out a new lock. The bottom lock has also jammed (with the correct key!) and Peter is again sending me a new lock without a problem so great customer service (although the locks themselves seem a bit cheap but then again I only paid £165 for the cabinet)
