After pricing the replacement at AT&T, I was willing to tolerate the cracked screen. I’m so glad I stopped in Phone Tech. It was definitely a pleasant experience and welcome surprise. Phone Tech is awesome, hands-down one of the most reliable places in the area for phone and gadget repair. I've had my iPhones serviced a couple of times in the past, and they are extremely knowledgeable and offer fair prices for the repair. What really impressed me was the fact that they are honest about their limit of knowledge and expertise. I took my girlfriend's old gaming PC there once, and the staff member who took the PC admitted he wasn't the best person to do the job, but he would give it to another staff member who was more knowledgeable about PCs. This honesty is incredibly important and frankly often lacking in the electronics service industry these days. I am always pleasantly surprised by their depth of care and their work ethic, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop to everyone.
