Do not take your phone although nice guy. They guy told me i needed a new screen and something else done. So i said ok, are you sure this is whats wrong and it can be fixed!? He then "yes, sure sure. Thats it it will be fixed before you get off! I called to check on the status, for only him to tell me it cant be fixed ! Come to find out he never opened it the diagnosis was wrong. Waste
Great customer service nice phones good prices
Do not take their word for anything. Although friendly, helpful, and patient, I was told that the phone I bought would work with Mint and I could return it for a full refund within a week if we had any issues. We could do calls and texts but not internet/data, but when I returned it the clerk (I think it was the owner) took a 20% "restocking fee." I appreciate that their usual policy is "no returns," but he never mentioned any kind of fee when I asked about returns! He should have mentioned it at the time; suddenly adding it later was dishonest. The charger they provided was also the wrong size for the phone.
