I went into Phone MD because my iPhone 13 was not holding a charge for very long. The owner showed me the battery health in my settings, and it was determined it needed attention. Even though he told me that I would be ok for a little while longer if I kept using the power saving mode, I decided to go ahead with a new battery. I left my phone with them while I ran a couple of errands (about an hour), and I was ready to carry on when I picked it back up. I highly recommend Phone MD. We have used them before for cracked screens, as well. They are always friendly, helpful, and give prompt service.

After repairing my phone, replacing a battery and display screen, the I-phone quit working properly within 24 hours. I left the phone overnight that day so they could put a different new display screen on my phone under warranty. The company put a new display and screen protector on the phone and it works perfectly fine now. Initially, I was not happy, because I felt they should have at least offered to stay late on the day that I turned in my malfunctioning phone, and fixed the problem then… Even though I dropped it off at 5 PM. A previous phone screen display that I had replaced on a different phone, a few years ago, did the same thing. It required warranty replacement within a couple of days. I don’t have the receipt to verify who replaced it, but this is the only phone repair center that I use. Friendly service for sure….. 😃

I took my Apple Watch to get a new battery on January 9, 2025. I was not told that once you replace a battery in an Apple Watch it is no longer water resistance. I have had an Apple Watch (2 different ones)for over three years and I shower and even swim and log workouts in it. I paid $75 for a new battery and took a shower the next day like I always do and it ruined the entire watch. They should have told me that replacing the battery made it absolutely unable to be near water. I would have just bought a new one. When I called them they were no help, a bit rude, and just kept saying that it was my fault because it had liquid damage. They claim they told me it could no longer be around water which is ABSOLUTELY untrue. I would never have paid $75 dollars if I had known I could not sweat, swim, or shower in it. I am an avid runner and use it for all my exercise data. I would have just bought a new one. Instead, I wasted $75 and still had to buy a new one.
