⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience here! My phone was fixed quickly and at a very fair price. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. The repair was done the same day, and my phone works like brand new now. On top of that, the customer service was excellent—they really go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need another repair and would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing phone or device service!

I would give 6 stars if I could! Mohammad was polite, professional, quick and expert. The charging port on my iPhone was not working. He spent quite some time cleaning it, and then decided it likely need a replacement charging port, which he was going to do as a 'soft install' first (to make sure the repair would work), and if fixed, then do a permanent install). Price was very reasonable. Happily and unexpectedly, he called me some time later to tell me that he had kept working on cleaning the port, and it was now working! No repair needed. When I went to pick it up, Mohammad politely told me there was no payment needed for this service! I plan to always bring all of our phones to this really wonderful shop for any and all repairs. (my family is a bit hard on phones). They also repair tablets too. I'd also note I went there a few months ago for a different issue, and a different person was there, who was also fantastic. p.s. There is validated garage parking available too!

Just about as great of an experience as possible! Came in with an iPhone that had the classic signs of a dead battery (that the Apple Store said was a “logic board” issue and would result in a >$300 and lengthy repair). Kamal was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, looked at our phone, replaced the battery, and had it as good as new within an hour. Just a great experience. We will be taking any future repair needs to this store, highly recommend!
