I've done business with this company for over 4 years and it seems like the longer you do business with them the worse their customer service gets. We have been loyal since the start and to be reprimanded over looking at their samples is absolutely crazy. I have never been treated so horrible. Its astonishing that they would have a whole cabinet for samples but no one is allowed to look at them. How do you make sales then. This lack of respect for the customer is sickening and I would strongly urge anyone who is planning on buying with them to reconsider
