Customer experiences
I cannot recommend Danielle enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and heard. She took the time to listen to my concerns and really understands my needs. The treatment plan she continues to develop for me is not only personalized but also very effective. I’ve seen significant improvement in my mobility, strength and pain management. What stands out the most is Danielle’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her patients, making my sessions both effective and enjoyable. She explains every step of the process, making sure I’m comfortable and informed throughout. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who truly cares and can help you achieve real results, look no further. I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made and can’t thank Danielle enough for her help. Highly, highly recommend!!
I am more than happy with the therapist I am seeing (Danielle ) She is very knowledgeable, professional & kind. Before starting my therapy I thought the exercises may be a little boring. I found the opposite to be true. I find I find the exercise a lot of fun & also look forward to my appointments. Danielle has helped me find a new love of strength training which will be very beneficial not only physically & mentally but Lorraine Handley
They brought me back to life from a partially torn Achilles. The team was awesome! In a couple of months I was back doing all the sports I love, including running & cycling. And I had fun doing the sessions since they were helping so much in my recovery.
I worked with Christina Capone for 5 months and could not recommend her enough! I went to Franklin PT for severe sciatica pain, I could barely stand or walk. Christina was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. I never felt rushed or judged, and always felt I was being heard and taken seriously. I began to look forward to my appointments and thoroughly enjoyed starting my day there! They have a great team there and the atmosphere is very positive and uplifting. They do not have PT's working on more than 1 patient at a time so it is very focused and catered to your needs. Front desk Christina is also fantastic and always helped me when I had issues booking appointments or any other questions I had. All of the rest of the staff that were there during my appointment times were great. Facilities are also clean and well maintained. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back.
