Amazing staff from walking in the door being greeted and treated like a person not a number. For the staff to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and treated for what I needed. The male nurse had so much patience with me not one time did he ignore me. The female nurse took the extra step and told me that the provider will be with me shortly which was big in my eyes. The nurse practitioner was very caring and understanding. She checked to see what was covered in my self pay payment and provided me with options. I had the best experience ever. Thanks so so much

When I got back to the biohazard room, they realized their entire clinic was out of glue. I was asked to write a review, targeting their supplier as the ones at fault. Uhm, no! The clinicians had no idea they were out until they searched the whole building. If they had kept stock, there would have been no issue! I left the clinic after an hour and a half. All that was done? One piece of tape on my ear, not even in the right spot… I will never come to this urgent care if I need URGENT CARE. There was no rush. There was no accountability. They were very kind, but when I’m bleeding out of my head- I don’t care about manners nearly as much as execution. I’m not mad, as I came in with little expectation. The cut wasn’t bad, but the blood scared me. When a clinician asks me to save their butt for something like that I’ll gladly leave a truthful review of my experience. Good day!

I had a wonderful experience at the Piedmont Urgent care on Roswell Rd today. I have been there many times and enjoyed every visit. Today I saw more improvements at the check in desk as well as the waiting room. Every one I spoke to was extremely polite as well as professional. I can’t remember the young ladies name that look at my leg. She was great, very calm and respectful. She told me that my wound would take a little more time to heal but it looked good today. I was visiting town for the weekend and started feeling bad. Based on reviews, chose Piedmont Urgent Care. Very streamlined experience from the time I walked in the door. Latoya took me back and went above and beyond to make sure she took great care of me. I would highly recommend! Thank you all for the great timely care!
