Great service, been going here for many different injuries over the years and always have a good experience. The physiotherapists let you know the treatment plan ahead of time and are very skilled with addressing different types of injuries. Hours are also really good to accomodate people who work 9-5.

I’ve had a very positive experience at this clinic. I want to especially thank Nikisha, my physiotherapist, for her kindness, patience, and clarity throughout my recovery process. She always takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes me feel comfortable and supported during each session. The therapy has helped me a lot, and I can already feel improvements. I also appreciate that the clinic has experience handling work-related injuries, which gave me confidence and peace of mind from the beginning. I truly recommend this place if you’re looking for professional, compassionate care during recovery.

This place is just different in the best possible way! They really stand out compared to other clinics I've been to! I brought my toddler to Physiocare Nepean for rehab physio following a clavicle fracture. I figured there was no way she'd be into it, but they made it so fun for her. All the staff joined in to help with her exercises and made them fun and engaging! Gunjan was amazing and explained all the assessments and exercises so we understood where she needed to improve to ensure full range of motion and strength. The employees were incredibly welcoming and personable at each appointment. My daughter has recovered now and graduated from the rehab program! Unfortunately a short time later, I sustained a serious knee injury (ACL and meniscus tear). I immediately called the clinic and they fit me in THE SAME DAY! My first appointment included a comprehensive assessment and agreement on a treatment plan and then treatment! I was there for over 2 hrs and felt so good by the end of my appointment. Although we couldn't tell exactly the extent of the injury without an MRI, Nishika properly assessed the injury and developed a treatment plan that was both conservative to not cause harm but progressive to ensure my muscles were strong for likely surgery. Nishika treated me for weeks following and leading up to my surgery. She is a kind, thoughtful and highly competent physiotherapist. She knows her stuff!! I look forward to each appointment, not just with Nishika but with all the employees. You can tell everyone believes in their work - and are having fun doing it!

I was experiencing pain and immobility in my shoulder and arm. When my doctor prescribed an ultrasound, then further recommended physiotherapy, I was pleased to discover the physio are Physiotherapy And Rehab Center in my Greenbank/ Hunt club Rd neighborhood. I am impressed by this team and grateful for their friendly, expert and proficient care. I have had three visits to date and already feel the benefits from a variety of professional applications ( massage therapy, laser therapy and deep oscillation therapy) combined with stretching exercises to achieve healing of a tear in my tendon and help me regain full and painless mobility in my shoulder and arm Shirley Finter
