I saw Puru for an ankle sprain and his expertise helped tremendously! With a combination of manual therapy and ultrasound therapy, I was back on my feet with no pain, in no time! His PTA Sapna is also fantastic, she helped curate a list of ankle exercises that I can do at my desk job. Their welcoming energy made treatment so much more enjoyable. The ladies at front desk are also absolute gems! They have such a great personality and make sure you don’t feel along while waiting for your appointment! Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time—life just gets busy! I’ve been seeing Disha for over a year now, and honestly, she has been a lifesaver. I never really believed in physiotherapy until I met her. I was struggling with severe issues in my hands (especially my thumbs). I couldn’t sleep, work, or function properly. After about six months of consistent therapy, I’m now 99% healed—it’s mostly just maintenance at this point. I started with twice-weekly sessions, then moved down to once a week, and now I only need to see her about every two weeks for my hands. I can’t put into words how grateful I am for the difference she has made. More recently, I developed a Baker’s cyst behind my knee that left me in extreme pain. Both my family physician and a rheumatologist recommended physiotherapy, so of course I went straight to Disha. After just two visits, my pain has already reduced by more than half—I could hardly believe it! Disha’s expertise, care, and dedication have truly changed my life. If you’re in need of physiotherapy and looking for someone who is genuinely amazing at what they do, I can’t recommend her enough. I’m forever thankful for her help. 😌

I highly recommend Jasmit Physiotherapist! I went to him after an ankle fracture, and thanks to her expertise and personalized care, my recovery has been smooth and much faster than expected. She takes the time to explain each step of the treatment, is always encouraging, and genuinely cares about your progress. The exercises and therapy sessions were both effective and motivating.
