Very friendly and knowledgeable. Started off with Rafi who was just the perfect blend of knowledge put into practice. Soon after Ali took over who learned under Rafi's wing. He is so easy to talk to and incorporates the right types of technologies such as laser, ultrasound and electrodes at exactly the right spots and intensity. Urvi is so caring and considerate and checks in for assessments all the time and Mellisa is always there with a friendly face and timely text and email reminders so you don't miss your upcoming session. The atmosphere is so relaxing at their physiomed and I'm always left feeling like a new person after my session!
