The staff are amazing , very friendly and helpful. Olivia is wonderful , it was my first massage sessions and she made me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable ,and her massages have really decreased my neck and back pain. Olivia is very friendly ,and cares about her clients. I would highly recommend Olivia and Vitality physiotherapy and wellness centre.

Excellent clinic with exceptional staff. Andrew in particular is incredibly knowledgeable and effective. I've seen various physiotherapists over the years (each time I am reminded I need to improve my bad posture), Andrew is the first that has gotten such excellent results. I would highly recommend. I've also utilised other services (e.g. massage) and everyone I've come across at this clinic is fantastic.

I worked with Brittney McKay both in pregnancy and post partum on my pelvic floor, core strength and different muscle pains. I really appreciated her whole body approach which was not traditional with other pelvic floor physios I had seen. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone else having pain in pregnancy or wanting to rebuild strength post partum!
