Customer experiences
I attended this clinic for a wsib claim and paid out of pocket/using benefits for a massage mid treatment. The massage therapist was fantastic however, the massage rooms at this clinic were bright, not a calming inviting space and the massage tables themselves were very uncomfortable. A Light flat sheet was available to cover myself with but was told she could turn the heat on in the room if I was getting cold. I have debated booking more massages but I am hesitant due to the uncomfortability of the space and the bed. For my WSIB claim, I was shown a few exercises by Ayesha and then sometimes the massage gun was used, sometimes heat was applied while I was put on machines for 10-15 minutes. She taped me 3 or 4 times throughout my months of treatment. Ayesha worked to try to make me as comfortable as I could while on the machines and answered any questions I had. Special mention to Cathy who makes this place welcoming and makes you feel important and cared for. With Cathy you're more than just a client/number. I know the clinic does not get paid much for wsib claims, so it makes me wonder if paying out of pocket if the quality and personalization of service would be better and therefore the outcomes would be more favourable.
āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø Dr. Dimakis has been a lifesaver! Iāve been dealing with chronic pain for some time, and after trying several options, I finally found real relief under Dr. Dimakisā care. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and understand whatās going on in your body. Each adjustment is tailored to my specific needs, and I always leave feeling better, both physically and emotionally. Chris, the physiotherapist, has also been incredible, his targeted treatments and encouragement have made a huge difference in my healing journey. Sadhicaās massage therapy sessions are amazing. She has a calm, professional touch that makes being on the table so relaxing and comfortable. The clinic staff is friendly, the environment is welcoming, and appointments are always on time. I highly recommend Dr. Dimakis and his team to anyone looking for a caring and effective wellness experience. Also, donāt miss out on Shockwave therapyāitās been a total game changer for me! šā¤ļø
The front office receptionist Cathy is amazing! I have only been going for two weeks now and I feel like I have known her my whole life. Very friendly, efficient and makes you feel right at home. My physiotherapist Ayesha is incredible! She takes the time to listen to what is going on, explains the treatment plan and works her magic. I am never rushed and she answers every question I have. I already feel the results and I went from a pain scale of 8 to a 2-3 after 4 treatments. Highly recommend!
I went to this clinic for my shoulder pain treatment. Dhvani was my physio therapist. After five sessions I felt much better. I can move my shoulder easily. thanks to Dhavni. She is knowledgeable, soft spoken and friendly.
