Took my 10 month old pup, Cooper, for his first full grooming experience and he did great. Ryan was wonderful with him…happy, caring, gentle. Cooper was happy and relaxed with him from the start. We’ve had his nails trimmed here before and the experience with other staff was just as pleasant. You can tell they truly love their doggy guests. 5 out of 5 wags

Love the Banfield team. However, the manager Christina that runs PetSmart (04/08/23) was being openly racist, letting in the store ,2 white men with dogs, while I had to wait outside with my dogs. I even asked her about it and she said it was store policy. They had appointments with the groomers and I had an appointment with Banfield, both located within the store. My appointment was at 8AM and I was asked to come early, which I did. The manger wouldn’t even let me come in from the cold. Horrible human being. I have photos and videos of the people experience. Upper management, please each out to me for more details. Lastly, please train your staff on fair business practices.

I love bringing my dog to Amanda. She’s so sweet to him and I know he can be a challenge as he’s a reactive pooch. After our first appt, when I brought him back, I wasn’t expecting her to remember him but she did and was able to recall his sensitivities. It was so nice to be able to bring him to someone that understood that he wasn’t a mean dog, just had one or two sensitive spots. Will definitely be bringing him back.
