My experience with Eden was profoundly disappointing and fell well below any reasonable professional standard. Throughout our interactions, she was consistently slow to respond to emails and phone calls, often taking days to reply—if she replied at all. This lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary delays and made the entire process far more stressful than it needed to be. In addition, Eden’s demeanor was unprofessional. She was frequently curt and dismissive in her communication, and at times, outright rude. Rather than providing clear guidance or solutions, her tone conveyed impatience and disinterest, leaving me feeling like my concerns were an inconvenience to her. Once she got paid, she disappeared. I would not recommend her as a real estate agent.
