I visited Revathi Store after they clearly told me earlier that there would be no wastage charges for Diwali offers. But when I went to the shop, they denied their own words and started asking 1% extra on the gold coin plus GST. This is completely misleading and shows a lack of honesty in their offers. The customer service was very disappointing — the staff behaved rudely and without respect when I asked for clarification. Such behavior is not acceptable, especially from a jewellery store that claims to value customers. Overall, very bad experience — I would rate them 1 out of 5 for poor communication, false promise, and bad customer handling. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.
