I purchased a grinder today from the Pigeon showroom in alandur and had a great experience with the salesperson. She was very friendly, approachable, and responded to our queries in a clear and calm manner. Even though the product we needed wasn't available at that moment, she arranged it immediately as per our wish and delivered it within 30 minutes. I recently visited this store, and I was very disappointed with the staff’s behavior. As soon as we entered, no one greeted us properly. One of the staff members was quite rude and said things like “don’t set the tiffin box, it’s not suitable for you,” which felt very disrespectful. I believe customers should have the freedom to decide what to buy — staff should only assist, not decide for us. They also told us not to step on the rangoli but didn’t speak politely or make us feel welcome. Overall, the attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service.

Don't ever purchase pigeon brand even it's from exclusive showroom. The spare parts are not available when it comes for replacement. Stores also not taking any responsibility for the new product availability. They say it's out of date. However ultra and other brands are well off..so suggesting never to go in for pigeon brand. Services are also the worst when it comes to pigeon brand.
