Completely Misled – Ignored My Requests, Gave False Confidence, and Cost Me Money I had this plumber come out to look at a long-standing issue affecting multiple sinks and tubs throughout my home. I explained clearly that the system had already been flushed several times before by other professionals, with no real results. Because of that, I asked him repeatedly—at least a dozen times—to start with just one tub so I could see if his method would actually work before committing to the full job. He completely disregarded that request and insisted the entire house needed to be done, saying it wouldn’t work otherwise. Even though I told him I was skeptical, he continued to reassure me with full confidence that it would work because he would “do it better” than anyone else. He even admitted there was a slight chance it might not work, which made his refusal to start small even more frustrating. I also told him the tub faucet had already been replaced, but he went ahead and replaced it anyway—something I didn’t ask for and didn’t need. And sure enough, nothing improved. The same issues are still happening. When I contacted him afterward to let him know the results, he didn’t offer to fix it or stand behind the work—instead, he asked if I wanted to be scheduled again. When I asked if there would be a charge, he said, “Absolutely, yes ma’am.” So not only did he pressure me into doing the whole house against my better judgment, he charged a lot of money for something that didn’t work, and now he wants to charge me again to come back. This experience was extremely frustrating. I feel taken advantage of, dismissed, and ignored. I would strongly caution anyone considering this plumber. If you value honest communication, accountability, and results—look elsewhere.

PILIX plumbing was very efficient and communicative through the initial booking/assessment process, as well as leading up to and after the installation of a new water heater. They were amenable to requests to include a water stop valve, and were diligent and efficient in the installation process. I can't recommend them enough!

I was blessed to have this company come out and do my repairs at an extremely affordable rate and the work was fantastic and they cleaned up also. So if you’re on a budget and want great affordable service call them asap
