My wife and I both had our immigration medical exams at the same time at the Kitchener Medical Immigration Center, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was well organized, and the team explained each step clearly. Our results were sent promptly to IRCC and we have been informed.

first of all the office was hard to find it was in the basement of a building. The front office person was not quite friendly. But the doctor was very kind to me and even askes to get back to me if you get confused around here . The X - ray was the longest thing to complete each person had to wait for at least 1.5 hrs to get through. And it took only 2 minutes to complete once we’re in. i think they need more staff and machines in those areas. Overall its was pretty okay experience.
