Pine Centre Mall is a solid shopping spot in Prince George with a good mix of stores and a comfortable layout. It’s easy to find what you need, and there’s a nice balance of clothing, electronics, health, and everyday essentials. The mall is usually clean, and the atmosphere feels safe and relaxed. It’s not the biggest mall, but it’s convenient and practical, and I like that there are places to grab a quick bite and sit down. A reliable place to shop in PG.

Convenient and stress-free shopping destination. Pine Centre Mall in Prince George offers a fantastic variety of stores to suit all your needs, from fashion to electronics. Plus, plenty of dining options, including a food court for a quick bite. Ample parking space is a big plus, making it easy to find a spot quickly and close to the entrance. Great shopping experience, every time.

Almost every store treats customers like crap. Stop allowing employees to gossip with eachother CONSTANTLY. I've noticed almost every store I walk into I get employees looking at me like I'm going to steal or whispering about me. I live a five minute walk away! I'm here often. I may be the size of a teen but I'm a woman in her 30s, a parent and I've never in my life stolen anything. I'm beyond disgusted by how poorly I'm treated in this city and I've had enough. I'll be very publicly calling out people from now on. It is not okay to behave so discriminantly.

The manager at Virgin was extremely rude to me today. I was there for help with setting up a new phone, as I couldn't get my information off the cloud, and Apple said that Virgin could help. When they got me to do the same things I had done over again and it didn't work, I sighed and said, "I've tried this and it didn't work. That's why I'm here." Then the store manager walked over and said "Don't talk to my staff like that. You're being disrespectful." When I said that I hadn't disrespected anyone, and that I was frustrated, as this was my third visit this week, he threatened to have security remove me. What is disrespectful about saying what I did is completely beyond me, but being threatened to be tossed out for expressing justifiable dissatisfaction with their service is reprehensible. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
