I had a fantastic experience at this dental office today. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. Going to the dentist can sometimes be stressful, but this was a completely different story—they truly set the standard for patient comfort. The team is clearly very experienced and professional. They were thorough in their work and took the time to explain every step, ensuring I understood what was happening. It's clear that my oral health is in expert hands here. If you're looking for a dental office where the staff is both warm and highly skilled, look no further. This office has certainly earned my trust.

Our family absolutely loves Caitlyn! From the very first visit, she has shown not only incredible skill and professionalism, but also genuine care for our entire family. As the world’s best hygienist, she makes every appointment comfortable, informative, and enjoyable. Her gentle touch, attention to detail, and ability to put everyone at ease (even our teenagers) is unmatched. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure we always feel heard and cared for. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such warmth and kindness. Extremely knowledgeable in her craft. At this point, she has truly become our family hygienist, and we couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else. Simply put, she is the best in the world at what she does, and we are grateful for the way she keeps our smiles healthy and bright. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for the very best in dental care! Thank you Caitlyn and thanks to Pinewood dental for providing such a conducive atmosphere for great care. From the gentle smiles at the door from the welcome team (Janet is amazing!), to Krista - the treatment coordinator who took time to call and check on my daughter after her wisdom tooth extractions, to Seema who is always prompt to respond to texts even outside work hours, the nurse (forgot his name - my daughter kept asking how he is so knowledgeable and had answers to our numerous questions with such grace and poise!), he stayed by her side while the surgeon carried out his outstanding care...to mention a few. Dr Sharma must be extremely proud of the great team he has put together under one roof. Warning to all prospective patients, you won’t want to go home when you visit Pinewood dental. And did I mention that they have a meditation room with the most comfy massage chair for guests while they await care for their loved ones! This place is second to none!!!

I had a truly pleasant experience today at Pinewood Dental Clinic for a dental filling. The dentist took the time to clearly understand my concerns and explained a thoughtful plan of action tailored to alleviate my pain and sensitivity. His thoroughness, patience, and gentle approach made a world of difference. What stood out most was the calm and professional atmosphere throughout the procedure, it significantly helped ease my nervousness. It’s not always easy to feel relaxed in a dental chair, but Pinewood Dental made it possible. Both Dentist and Dental Assistant were great! Equally impressive was the dental administration staff. The girls are incredibly sweet and understanding, creating a welcoming and supportive environment from start to finish. I’m genuinely satisfied with the care I received and wholeheartedly recommend Pinewood Dental to anyone seeking compassionate and expert dental service.

This is a typical assembly line dentist office. They are very big on their social media image and you can count on them asking to take your picture "for their records", which is weird. The hygienist was thorough and professional, this is the main reason I go there. The dentist asked me the same questions during his two-minute visit, the same questions he asks every time I visit. I know this is the reality of modern dentistry, to see as many patients as possible, however briefly, but it really is impersonal. So 5 stars for the hygienist, 1 star for the dentist and we get a 3 overall.
