5/31/18 Just the cleaners at my house to clean before my daughters bday party. The two ladies who came out were very nice, they did a great job on what I asked them to clean, my only complaint is the fact that I paid for 4 man hours of cleaning, the two ladies arrived just after 3:15, and walked out of my door at 5:03, that’s 24 minutes of cleaning time (12 mins per cleaner, x2 cleaners) that I missed out on. A lot can be cleaned in 24 minutes.**update 6/1/18 **the owner or manager (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) contacted me to discuss the issue I had and to try to rectify the situation. He listen to what I had to say and sincerely wanted to make it right. I appreciate that level of customer service and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
