I had a laser treatment here to address some old acne scarring about two weeks ago. The facilities are absolutely gorgeous and the service from every staff member I engaged with was incredible. This was definitely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a med spa and I’ve been to many! Thalia was my technician and she was warm and friendly and took so much time to explain the service to me. I was blown away at how much knowledge she had about the laser and skincare itself. Sovereign is an exceptionally high end skincare destination with tasteful and elegant décor. Alessia, who did my treatment, has wonderful technique skilled, warm, and courteous throughout. At the front desk, Summer was highly professional, patiently explaining the products and treatment options, and she also shared the store’s promotional offers. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning.
