The procedure was clearly explained and was quick and painless. The clinic was clean and well organized. I felt I was in capable hands with Anna, who treated me. I had a laser treatment here to address some old acne scarring about two weeks ago. The facilities are absolutely gorgeous and the service from every staff member I engaged with was incredible. This was definitely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a med spa and I’ve been to many! Thalia was my technician and she was warm and friendly and took so much time to explain the service to me. I was blown away at how much knowledge she had about the laser and skincare itself. Thalia followed up with me after the treatment and I have had great results from my procedure. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend sovereign skin. Thalia is amazing and will take great care of you!!

Sovereign is an exceptionally high end skincare destination with tasteful and elegant décor. Alessia, who did my treatment, has wonderful technique skilled, warm, and courteous throughout. At the front desk, Summer was highly professional, patiently explaining the products and treatment options, and she also shared the store’s promotional offers. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning.
