This dentist is absolutely the rudest dentist I’ve ever encountered. I canceled all future appointments for my children and myself. Absolutely do not recommend. Office staff and dental assistant was amazing!

This quality of this dental office has really went down unfortunately! Our most recent visit the dental assistant was cold and all around just not good with my kids. She sprayed my child's face with water and didn't apologize or offer something for her to wipe and my daughter even mentioned how this made her feel when we were done. They didn't do a thorough exam and the dentist didn't even acknowledge or speak to me. Absolutely no manners. The office looked dirty and dull. Would not recommend this office.

Absolutely the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had. It was a few months ago. I don’t leave reviews but this has been eating at me and I will be contacting insurance company and corporate because my teeth were not cleaned. THIS LADY RUBBED MY TEETH WITH A PAPER TOWEL. I showed up when the placed open at 8 for my 8am appointment. I wasn’t seen for 45 minutes then sat in the chair. I was frustrated and asked if this was normal. The front desk lady said someone was sick. When I got in the chair, I heard my cleaner talking about me needing to get out of her chair bc I had said something about the wait I guess. The lady dentist was super unprofessional and disrespectful as well. She talked about a 10 year old issue with a tooth. Anyways, I cancelled my wife’s appointment. The place is also disgusting. Batteries in clocks unchanged. Dusty. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO THIS LOCATION. Brushed my teeth with a paper towel. lol wth

1st visit was basic x-ray & looked in my mouth. Had to get prior authorization for deep cleaning. Staff is very pleasant & explained things thoroughly. Will update after cleaning & diagnosis. Took 2 months for prior authorization. The option of gas or injection is available for deep cleaning. FROM 5 TO 1 STAR! I'd give NO stars if I could. I didn't get a deep cleaning. Dentist was rude about not letting her pull 12 teeth. She said "nerves exposed" in broken English in a whisper behind 2 masks. If nerves were exposed in 12 teeth I'm pretty sure I'd know it. I'm physically challenged. Not mentally incompetent! Calling my insurance to see what type cleaning they billed. I will update whither or not the committed fraud. I'm not going back there. Prior authorization wasn't needed. Something isn't right here. My whole family won't go back! We're having issues with Ocean sending our records to the new Dentist. It took 3 appointments just to get a cleaning. Then the cleaning was LESS than my cleaning. Floss & some buffing. Really? My teeth were damaged years ago in an accident. My nerves aren't exposed. Money hungry folks getting that insurance money anyway they can. Sure didn't listen to me because they ignored my TMJ but gave my family member a referral to a specialist. Receptionist is nice. It's still not a place that can be trusted. Dishonesty was the reason my family won't go there again. Do better Ocean Dental Dentist! I'm not getting CareCredit so you can charge thousands of dollars for me to make payments on. Gezzzz!
